To make it easier for you to spend your hard-earned money ordering from CF Publications, we accept credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover); PayPal; checks (must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank); money orders; and cash.
You can order printed copies in the following ways:
- Sending your order via email, and including your name, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information including expiration date and security code (we recommend you send your credit card info broken up into several emails, or call and leave your credit card information on our secure answering machine — (631) 689-6743)
- Printing out and completing our order form and mailing it to us with either a check (made out to CF Publications) or your credit card information including expiration date and security code. Complete the form, legibly please, with all information required. To use your credit card, we must be able to read your City, Zip Code, and Card Security Code clearly. To make sure you receive your order, we must be able to read your Name and Address clearly. To help us help you, in case your information is not clear, please leave your phone number.
- You can pay via Paypal, using the Buy Now button on the order form. Send your completed order form either by mail or email.
- Calling our secure phone line (631) 689-6743, and speaking to CSO Steve Richardson directly, or leaving him a detailed order on the answering machine, including your name, address, zip code, phone number and email address, the stories or books you’d like to order (please mention the name of the author as well as the title) and your credit card information, including expiration date and security code.
All orders will be sent by United States Postal Service mail, in a plain envelope with only CF’s name and address and your name and address on the labels. There is no charge for shipping.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, or is not received within a week of ordering, please check back with us by email or phone so we can correct our mistake. At CF Publications, the customer is always right!
